I’m Fenna Monica Sitorus, an English Education graduate with a big love for kids, creativity, and communication.

My Journey

I’ve been in the education world since 2017, starting as a Teacher Assistant and growing into roles like English Teacher and even Assistant Head Teacher. 🌟At Mitta Education Centre, I supported teachers and helped students learn English in fun, interactive ways.At Chloe Learning Centre, I took on more responsibility—designing creative lessons and mentoring junior teachers.At Moses Bimbel, I guided students through speaking & writing practice, while keeping learning exciting and motivating.And at Kharisma School, I worked closely with young learners, building their confidence and love for English from an early age.✨ What I love most? Seeing students gain confidence in using English and realizing that learning can actually be fun and empowering.

My Abilities

I specialize in teaching English with creative lesson plans, fun classroom management, and the use of digital tools to make learning engaging.
I’m passionate about student development, from young learners to teens, and always focus on building confidence and motivation.
With strengths in teamwork, curriculum design, and educational technology, I create meaningful learning experiences that truly inspire growth.

I authored a research article titled “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology Usage on English Skills Among Thai High School Students”, published in IDEAS: Journal on English Language Teaching and Learning, Linguistics and Literature on June 25, 2025.
This study explores how AI-powered applications support English proficiency development and offers insights for educators and policymakers in language education.
